We value our customers and the support we receive from the community. We have great pride in the products we have developed and are distributing. We are based in the U.K. and looking to grow internationally. If you have interest in growing with us please email sales@mountsstore.com
At this early stage of our company we are happy to take returns within 2 weeks of customer receipt sold through mountsstore.com, mountsstore.co.uk and our affiliated sales channels. Unfortunately until we are able to scale the business we are not able to pay for return shipping costs. If you would like to make a return please visit our returns page (link below). We aim to improve this over time.
We highly recommend getting tracking on your return package. Mounts can not be responsible for returned items going missing in the mail. Mounts gives this advice as we have learnt the same lesson partnering with distribution couriers.
If there is a problem with one our products we want to know about it. We strive to continually improve our products and believe in the power of customer feedback. Please send all the details you can (including pictures) to sales@mountsstore.com.
